Effects of Phase Shift Errors in Recurrence Plot for Rotating Machinery Fault Diagnosis

For fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of rotating machinery, the phase errors generated by integration processing a vibration signal are an essential investigation subject. Phase affect solution mechanical systems with multiple sources also information transmitted through that is used for diagnosis. This work proposes use plane, recurrence plot (RP), cross (CRP) to evaluate shift error effects on asynchronous simple periodic functions, smoothing Gaussian peak white noise. Noisy peaks were smoothed twice triangular method different number points. The analysis functions indicated small changes plane RP pattern. These can not only accuracy machinery but prediction application timely actions.
